Account Director

The travel industry truly is Mark’s life.

Starting in 1981, he worked for 10 years as a travel consultant in a small country town, eventually buying that Travel Agency and managing it successfully for another 11 years.  In 2002, he moved to Sydney to take the role of Agency Manager at Integrated Travel Services, which evolved into his current role as an Account Director for F2T.

Mark is an invaluable part of the F2T team, well regarded in the office and on the job as an experienced professional who is hardworking, reliable and resolute.

His extensive experience means he has a special talent for all sorts of travel logistics, successfully co-ordinating and escorting groups, VIPs and sporting tours around Australia and to every corner of the globe. His touring highlights are the US Masters, World Cup Rugby in Japan, Test Cricket in UK, numerous Australian Open Tennis and Melbourne Cup Carnivals as well as playing golf at some of the best courses in USA (Pinehurst, Pebble Beach, Kiawah Island, Harbour Town), UK (Troon, Royal Portrush, Royal County Down, Turnberry) & NZ (Millbrook, Jacks Point & The Hills)

Mark ensures every client gets where they need to be with minimum fuss and maximum fun.

Like he says, “YOUR travel is MY pleasure”.

When Mark’s not working hard or travelling, you will find him spending time with his family, following his favourite football teams or enjoying a cold ale or 2 – or combining all 3!!!

Group Relationship Account Director

After a 2 year hiatus (WE WERE ON A BREAK), Vy returns to Free-2-Travel as Account Director.

Vy has been in the travel industry for over a decade. Starting out with a double degree in Management and International Studies, she graduated to Club level hotel sales and marketing representation; destination management and her best first grade game yet at Free-2-Travel working in Groups, Incentives and Events.

Vy loves her sport, Friends (the series and real life people), smashed avocados, living in the East, 3/4 skim cappuccinos and puns. She is also very interested in sponsorship of sports and events. This sees her not only deliver on client briefs and budgets, but also their best practices across sectors and industries.

Vy's best attributes are her professionalism and her drive for solutions. She is a silent assassin. Her determination, work ethic and wit make her someone you know you want on the field. Not the bench.

Senior Account and Event Manager

Natalie joined the F2T team in April 2022 and has 5 years event experience in ANZ.

She has worked for global event/travel agencies and charities on various corporate, incentive, and sporting events throughout her career. Natalie prides herself in her strong communication/organisational skills and holds a Bachelor of Management majoring in events from UTS.

She is skilled in event technology and software such as EventsAir, Cvent, Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

In her free time, you will find Natalie planning her next holiday, trying out new bars/restaurants and then attempting to work it off at the gym.

Senior Account Manager

Jessica has a true love for all things travel and events with over 7 years experience in the industry.

With a passion for exploring new destinations and an unwavering work ethic, she has successfully managed numerous client accounts, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and unforgettable. 

Her extensive knowledge of the travel industry, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, allows her to effectively handle complex itineraries and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

She thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and partners alike. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, she is always a step ahead of the game, resolving any potential issues that may arise during travel arrangements. 

Account Manager

Having completed a Bachelors in Sports Media, Ben made the seamless transition to the travel industry. 

Now with over 6 year of experience he has been able to develop a comprehensive knowledge base working across leisure, corporate travel and ultra-luxury cruising. Allowing him to deliver a vast range of experiences to meet any travel needs and make them unforgettable.

Ben thrives when using Amadeus and other systems to ensure a logical and consistent process from start to finish. He brings this same approach to the Events team with F2T. 

When not at work, you can find Ben at the local pub, watching every sport possible and of course cheering on his beloved Roosters and Swans.

Account Manager

No destination is out of reach for our in-house hotel expert. Jasmin has explored and visited many cities and countries during her 17 years+ working within the travel industry including Italy, Croatia, Greece, South Africa, Mexico, various cities in USA and of course our very own backyard – Australia.  

Jasmin thrives on delivering exceptional experiences regardless of what the travel request may be. She now joins our events team at F2T, allowing her to bring across her expertise in building strong ongoing relationships and her exceptional wealth of knowledge with all things travel.  

On the weekends, you will most likely find her lunching with friends, exploring new restaurants and finishing off with a coastal walk to recharge for the week ahead.

Agency Relationships Account Director

Jan brings a wealth of experience in previous roles with the likes of American Express Centurion Travel. She has put together some of the most exclusive and luxurious travel itineraries that many can only dream of! 

Having been part of the travel industry for well over 12 years, she also took some time in between to explore various opportunities from working at a record label to welcoming guests onto Cockatoo Island. Ultimately, she knew that travel is the only place she wants to be part of. 

Jan is very passionate about building and maintaining relationships with her clients. She does this by being proactive and incorporating service excellence in any role that she takes on. 

Outside of work you’ll find her spending majority of the time hanging out with her family and friends and most likely indulging in food whilst planning her next trip. 

Account Manager

Brodi brings a positive energy and vibe to the office environment, being friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. One of her key strengths is her creativity in putting together prizing and promotion packages, understanding what clients and customers are looking for when it comes to travel, and being able to tailor packages accordingly. Our valued clients at F2T enjoy working alongside Brodi, as nothing is ever too much and her ability to continue delivering excellent customer service whilst doing so, is a true testament to what she brings to the agency team at F2T. 

She is also known as the F2T bookworm and spends her time outside of the office reading the latest bestsellers – preferably on a camp chair next to a fire.

Account Manager

Charlotte is a passionate travel professional, with 3 years of experience in the industry. Her love for travel and clients is evident in her delivery of work, and she aims to create a seamless experience for everyone involved. She brings a combination of creativity, expertise, and attention to detail to her role at F2T. Charlotte is very much enjoying her current role within the F2T agency team, as it has enabled her to build and create various prize winner itineraries whilst simultaneously building her relationships with many of our valued clients.

It is very rare to not find Charlotte by the pool, in the ocean or on a coastal walk outside of working hours. If a new restaurant has Vodka Rigatoni on the menu, you can be sure to find her there sampling the dish, alongside writing up her next travel adventure in a detailed Excel spreadsheet.

Reservations Manager

Tash got her start in travel with the F2T team back in 2007 and boy, are we so lucky to have her!

From the first contact with an excited pizewinner, Tash stays across each step of their fulfilment process to guarantee they have a wonderful time. As a result, our inboxes are full of winners sending glowing feedback and thanks for her amazing customer service - and we couldn’t agree with them more.

Tash not only brings years of industry experience to our Reservations Team, she also brings a wealth of personal experience since travelling to all of F2T’s most popular destinations. 

Away from the office, Tash loves photography, baking, renovating her house and looking forward to Sunday Fundays with her young family and “Krank” the sausage dog.

Prize Winner Reservations

Leonie has over 12 years of experience as a travel agent. She has covered every corner of the globe from Iceland to Tahiti, and even called Thailand home for a while.

Tailoring holiday itineraries based on her personal recommendations is her absolute passion.  She lost count at 30 trips to Bali, and probably knows the streets of Waikiki better than Sydney! Her knowledge of our most popular travel destinations, combined with exceptional customer service, make her the perfect fit to guarantee an outstanding booking experience for our prize winners.

On weekends you will find her on adventures with her young family, at the beach, or enjoying Sunday night dinner with her extended family.

Account Director

Kate is our loveable Kiwi managing the Free-2-Travel New Zealand office. Kate has been with the team since 2018 and worked across all parts of F2T including agency, events and fulfilment. Always with a smile on her face, you can be sure to trust her with any aspect you need help with.

With a pilot as a dad and lucky enough to have travelled around most of the world - you can expect firsthand experience and advice with creating and fulfilling the best packages and events for our clients. 

Outside of the office you’ll find Kate at a farmers' market, at the beach, patting any dog she spots or off exploring new and exciting places.

Prize Winner Reservations

Amanda is a recent convert to the travel industry, bringing 15 years experience in senior early childhood education and management into travel consultancy. She is adept with customer service, always helpful and providing service with a smile. While travel is one of Amanda's passions, in her spare time she likes to be grounded with family and friends and exploring her local neighbourhoods.

She loves being in the great outdoors, going on hikes and being on the beach. 

Travelling is her way of meditation as she yearns to explore, discover & reconnect with herself and other cultures.     

Account Director

Fresh out of university with a completely unrelated degree in Medical Podiatry, Will joins the team in a full time capacity after loving his part-time work over the years at the Australian Open with the Events team.

With a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the ropes alongside the best in the business, Will is excited to go above and beyond to help ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.

When he isn’t in the office, you will find Will hunkering down in a scrum with his beloved rugby team, writing another To Do list, mapping out his next travel adventure or chilling with his mates and family.

Account Manager

After completing his Bachelor of Management majoring in Sports and Events, Charlie joined the F2T team in September 2022. Charlie is a standout in corporate travel and events, known for his exceptional interpersonal skills, organisational finesse, and mastery in managing complex travel logistics. With a passion for connecting with people, Charlie's leadership qualities and warm personality ensure seamless travel adventures that turn corporate events into unforgettable experiences. By exceeding expectations and going the extra mile for clients, Charlie leaves a lasting impact on every event's success.

Outside of work you will find Charlie pursuing his love for sports (tennis, soccer & golf), travelling the world experiencing different cultures or relaxing at the beach with friends & family. 

Finance and Operations Manager

As the Finance Manager at F2T, Tamal leverages his expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning to ensure optimal financial performance. With a background in accounting and a keen eye for detail, he oversees all aspects of finance functions and financial reporting processes. Tamal's goals centre around driving efficiency and profitability, enabling our team to make informed decisions and achieve our business objectives. With a passion for numbers and a dedication to excellence, he is committed to helping the business thrive in today's fast paced world.

Tamal enjoys getting in a good gym sesh and spending time with his young daughter in his free time when he isn't talking numbers.

Financial Accountant

Nishitha (aka Nish) joined the F2T team in December 2022 and has worked in the finance field for two years.

After completing her master’s in professional accounting along with qualifying as CPA from CPA Australia she worked for Commonwealth Bank as before joining the team at Free-2-Travel. She brings with her strong organizational skills and experience in Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office. She also revels in her Excel organizational skills and loves a good spreadsheet!

Nish's helpful demeanour sees her interacting well with the wider team at F2T, working collaboratively with others on larger projects, ensuring the accounting function at F2T runs smoothly and effectively.

Besides being a Financial Accountant for the business, she enjoys painting, exploring new places to brunch or get a few cocktails, and hanging out with friends and family.

Managing Director

As Managing Director of F2T, Paul understands that every trip is unique. He brings to the table almost 30 years of travel industry experience and all the contacts and know-how to make anything happen.

At F2T, Paul is all about the details. He knows that by paying attention to the littlest details, he will pack the biggest punch for his clients. This philosophy is what makes him so good at his job - and what drives his team to deliver results based excellence every time. From reservations to logistics, hospitality and ground support, Paul does whatever it takes to make sure your brand goals are not just met - they are superseded. 

If he can't be found working on a spreadsheet, Paul can be found somewhere near a rugby game. Having a crack himself on the field or inhaling his sons games from the sidelines, along with a hot dog and plenty of loud advice for the ref.
